Sure can believe this...I believe you will just be seeing more and more of this happening with adoption in the future. Not that Im saying its right...cause that couldnt be farther from the truth.
What I can't believe is that the same judge let them adopt one child when he weighed more and turned him down for another later when he's lost weight...seems like this judge needs to get a clue
