found this site today, not sure if anyone has heard of it. it is a full diet site with support and a plan for FREEEEEE!!!! It seems pretty cool! I just joined as "jaspertyler"

I belong to that site. Don't do the diet plan, but I like some of the motivational/educational materials they
send out. Every morning... there's a bit of encouragement waiting in my inbox. I particularly like their Healthy Reflections.

I love this site. I discovered it awhile back and joined. It has some fun stuff on it and great motivation. I'm highenergygirl on it.
