I was wondereing if anyone has tried the STRIP AEROBICS?? I have heard alot about it. But never seen a place where we can get a video tape or classes on it. Does anyone have any information on this???

Has ANYONE heard of this??? I was just told that KATIE had never heard of STRIP AEROBICS..... I know i live far off,..... but i don't live on another planet.

I've heard of it........it burns 900-1200 calories everytime you do it......and the best part is when you get all the clothes off.......I've taken several classes in it.......

is this the same thing as the pole dancing class, for exercise..they did a show on 20/20 about it..it looked kinda cool. but if i'm gonna be dancing like that it, it had better be in a room full of men, who absolutely at 100% love us fat chicks!!!!
