When I joined a gym in the middle Sept. I made myself a promise to be 20# lighter by Thanksgiving. I made it!!! Now the next thing is another 10 by Jan 1. Then another 25 by next April. I know that I'm not dropping it all at one but I am okay with it. It allows me a chance to still enjoy some eats that I like and I don't feel stressed about it!!....

I'm still waiting for the motivation and inspiration. I just keep gaining and gaining. It will have to be the increased physical activity for me, I just love my food and drink way too much.

Good for you! Sometimes lofty ideas can be overwhelming, but breaking things down into manageable goals is both rewarding and effective. Good Luck. grinning-smiley-003.gif

I love my food too...I had some pizza the other night. I still enjoy my foods but do it before 6pm and I found a gym that is open 24/7 for a heck of a price. I just got to the point where I don't like what I see in the mirror and I can forsee health problems. I still eat quite a bit. and drink a BUNCH of water.

You can do it!

Congrats to you!! I really need the motivation to get my butt back exercising. Not to loose weight per say, but just to improve my health. Anything I do in the future to become healthier will not come with a weight loss goal...if it happens, great...but thats just not what I want to focus on.

But you should be proud of what you have accomplished...its always great when you set goals for yourself and achieve them.

monitoring my wt loss on a daily basis. The inches well I have more room in my clothes..
