I'm still waiting for the motivation and inspiration. I just keep gaining and gaining. It will have to be the increased physical activity for me, I just love my food and drink way too much.
I love my food too...I had some pizza the other night. I still enjoy my foods but do it before 6pm and I found a gym that is open 24/7 for a heck of a price. I just got to the point where I don't like what I see in the mirror and I can forsee health problems. I still eat quite a bit. and drink a BUNCH of water.
